Initial Consultation

Design Services

Our expert designers will create a plan of your new sidewalk cafe with all the information required by the City of Chicago for approval. We can specify one of our standard enclosure / fence styles or create a custom one of a kind design matching the brand of your business.

Permitting

We fill out all the applications and paperwork for you. Then we verify that you have the required insurance and obtain the necessary neighborhood and Alderman approvals. Nothing is worse than being put to the back of the line because you missed something, don't let that happen, Call Us!

Expediting

We use a City of Chicago Expediter to move your project thru the approval process in a timely manner.

Fabrication

We fabricate the required enclosures / fencing to City of Chicago Specifications. All pieces are custom fabricated for each location's plan.

Product Sourcing

We are also your source for outdoor tables, chairs, and cable locks for night time lock up.

Landscaping

We have pre planted planter boxes for you to choose from. Remember, at all times your sidewalk cafe is setup you are required to have a fully vegetated planter box along a minimum of 50% of the top of your enclosure / fence. We can also design and construct custom planter boxes that match your business brand as well.

Sidewalk Cafe Set Up

We'll post the permit and documents in the window as required by the city. Once all the enclosures / fencing, tables and chairs are ready to go, we will deliver them to the site and set them up per the approved plan.

Maintenance

Has your enclosure / fence caught a few to many scratches, we'll come out and give them a coat of paint! Tables and chairs need a little tune up we can do that as well.

Off Season Storage

In addition to setting up your Sidewalk Cafe we can also take it down at the end of the season and store it for you. We know storage space is a premium for most of our clients, so store your cafe with us. Some clients have hesitated in the past to have a Sidewalk Cafe because they lacked the storage space altogether, well that is not a problem anymore.
